CEO - Cameron Wall, MBA, CPA (inactive)
Mr. Wall has extensive experience in operational, financial and administrative positions managing small and medium-sized business enterprises.  Mr. Wall's professional background includes several years as a Big 4 auditor/consultant (KPMG) and positions as General Manager and Corporate Controller for both for profit and non-profit entities.  He also served as a Senior Business Development Consultant in Afghanistan in 2005 through a subcontractor for the United States Agency of International Development.  Mr. Wall received an International MBA from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management.  He is a registered CPA.

President - William Rayner
Mr. Rayner is a 30-year, high-profile career executive in the sports and entertainment concession industry.  His most recent position was Vice President of Business Development for Aramark's Sports and Entertainment Division, the largest US-based concession company.  Prior to joining Aramark, Mr. Rayner was Vice President of Operations for Ogden Entertainment, where he managed hospitality and concession operations for several of the largest festivals and events in the US.  These events included 3 Super Bowls, Milwaukee's SummerFest and the Ohio State Fair.  While at Ogden, Mr. Rayner also managed hospitality and concession operations for more than 40 major league, minor league and secondary market entertainment venues such as Wrigley Field (MLB's Chicago Cubs), the Super Dome (NFL's New Orleans Saints) and Conseco Fieldhouse (NBA's Indiana Pacers).

Total Venue Control is the first marketing and operations company implementing cashless smart card payment systems at sports and entertainment venues and events in the US.  Unlike Europe’s focus on security and therefore functional technology solutions, the US focus is on customer enhancement benefits and customer acceptance.  Understanding the demanding and constantly changing needs of sports fans and event attendees is a critical success factor.

To rapidly adjust within this volatile environment, TVC has created a steering committee of senior industry executives.  Members include representatives from teams, event organizers, venue operators, concessionaires and technology developers.  This brings together direct knowledge of customers’ changing needs, operational considerations and functional possibilities.
