Total Venue Control implements and operates an integrated POS system at your venue as part of our cashless payment solution. Our comprehensive POS solution includes POS equipment at every point-of-sale including permanent, portable and mobile (e.g. hawkers) concession POS. We offer a "no investment" option where TVC invests in all POS equipment in return for sharing the revenues that our cashless payment system generates. This provides venues with a no cost solution that leads to higher revenues and lower costs.
Based upon the information provided by the venue, we estimate our investment in POS equipment and the costs to install a comprehensive WiFi system as well as other project-related costs. Our proposals include a projection of the financial benefits our cashless payment system will generate. We share the additional revenues based upon our investment. If we do not generate additional revenues, we do not receive a share of the venue's revenues so the financial risk is ours. That's how confident we are that our system will increase per capita spending.
After installing the POS equipment, Total Venue Control operates the payment system onsite including selling concession cards for cash and by credit card and handling all onsite technical, operational and customer service issues. We also prepare customized events reporting for daily event reporting and settlement.

This new VeriFone model was custom built for the sports and entertainment industry including internal spill screens for the keyboard, rear-loading receipt printers and durability including dropping the units on concrete from a height of three feet.
